SUMMARY:
Mid

and highly skilled Heavy Machinery Mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will have expertise in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide
range of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Duties as assigned by the corporate management team
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
· Perform routine maintenance,
repairs, and inspections on heavy machinery and equipment such as bulldozers,
excavators, cranes, loaders, etc.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
· Repair and replace faulty
components, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
· Conduct system tests and identify
potential issues before they cause equipment breakdowns.
· Maintain accurate records of
maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
· Ensure compliance with all safety
regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate with team members to
ensure equipment is ready for operation as scheduled.
· Respond to emergency breakdowns
and service calls in a timely manner.
· Assist with the ordering of
replacement parts and maintaining an inventory of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
· High
school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
· Proven
experience as a heavy machinery mechanic or in a similar role.
· Proficiency
with hand and power tools.
· Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good
communication and teamwork abilities.
