We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Clerical Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist in managing employee records, and contribute to various HR-related tasks. What we are looking for: 

Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment, and build productive relationships by solving problems. Experience in human resources is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with relatable skills. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

·         Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.

·         Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication,

·         and preparing onboarding materials.

·         Help with processing employee benefits, payroll, and time-off requests.

·         Prepare and organize HR documents, such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, and training

·         materials.

·         Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

·         Assist with other HR-related projects as needed.

DUTIES:

Additional Duties as assigned by the corporate management team

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·          High school diploma or equivalent

·          Associate degree or higher required

·          Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.

·          Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·          Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·          Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

·          Bilingual preferred but not required

·         Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

·         Must have a valid U.S driver’s license and be willing and able to operate a motor vehicle.

·         Must pass a company drug test
