FW Drawing Helper

SUMMARY:
In this role, you will assist in the production of fine wires by
supporting the wire drawing process, ensuring smooth operations, and
maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with experienced operators
to prepare materials, monitor equipment, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on training in the wire
drawing industry and the chance to develop valuable skills.

What we are looking for:
Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment, and build
productive relationships by solving problems. Experience in manufacturing or steel
industry is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with relatable
skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
· Assist in the preparation and setup
of wire drawing machines and equipment.
· Monitor the drawing process to ensure
that wires are produced to specifications.
· Support the maintenance and cleaning
of equipment and machinery.
· Perform quality checks on finished
products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
· Assist with inventory management,
including the tracking of raw materials and finished goods.
· Follow all safety protocols to
maintain a safe working environment.
· Assist in troubleshooting and
resolving minor equipment malfunctions.

Additional Duties as assigned by the corporate management team
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School
Diploma preferred, and related experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be
willing and able to operate a motor vehicle and pass a company drug
screen.
